You only need to verify your age with us once. You will not be asked to do so every time you order.
In the UK it is illegal to buy vaping products if you are under 18, or to buy vaping products if you are under the age of 18 . We are therefore required to verify the age of customers before we can sell to them.
Only complete this for is you have been sent an email request or, if you have placed an order and the 1Account Age Verification has failed to verify you during the checkout process.
We do not store copies of ID sent to us. Once we have completed your age verification, any ID/age verification documentation that you share with us, will be permanently deleted. Therefore, if for any reason you decided to close your account and at a later date decide to create a new account, you will have to go through the age verification checks again.
Once your age has been verified, you will not be asked to do so again on that account.
