Frequently asked Questions

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. Please note that all Next Day deliveries must be made before 10am to ensure your order is dispatched on time for a next business day delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be sent back to us in an unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided upon checkout. If you wish to update your delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible at in**@di*********.uk so we are able to make the necessary changes to your delivery address, before we dispatch your order.

If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address you have provided, we will have to wait up to 30 days for the product to be returned to us by the courier before we are able to process any possible refunds.

All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service and an email will be sent to you with the tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

We currently provide domestic delivery to the United Kingdom, and some European Countries.
