Christmas & New Year Holiday Closing Times & Delivery Information
As the festive season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our Christmas and New Year closing dates and delivery schedules.
Christmas Closing Dates: We will be closed from 24th December to 29th December.
Reopening Date: All orders placed while we are closed will be dispatched on Monday 30th December.
New Year’s Day Closure: We will also be closed on 1st January.
Last Dispatch Date Before Christmas:
Orders will be dispatched up until 23rd December.
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas:
Standard Delivery: Place your order before 10am on 19th December.
Next Day Delivery: Place your order before 10am on 23rd December.
Please note that Royal Mail has informed us there may be delays during the Christmas period, so deliveries might take longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at in**@di*********.uk to obtain a tracking report.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damages
DIY E Liquids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
