Please note: Royal Mail has advised there may be delivery delays during the Christmas period. We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at info@diyeliquids.co.uk to obtain a tracking report.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damages
DIY E Liquids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
