Orders placed before 10:00 AM on March 27th, 2024, using our next day delivery service will be delivered on March 28th, 2024.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM on March 27th, 2024, will be dispatched on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024, due to the Easter bank holiday.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damages
DIY E Liquids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
